What if your country is not this list
New versions of the game is being release regularly. Over the past few months, the availability of PUBG Lite has expended from just a few, to a host of new countries.
The last expansion took place on October 2019, bringing PUBG Lite servers to a vast portion of Europe. The developer is focused on markets that the lite version is essential to users and continuing outward.
If you’re in a country where the lite version is unavailable, there are few workarounds that can get you online and playing:
- Use the regular version – Your device may be able to run the full version without a problem. Try closing unnecessary running programs to reduce overall RAM usage. Clearing your device of excess file that may be bloating and consuming disc space will give more storage space. SD cards can also extend built in storage for more space to install the large file.
- The popular workaround for PUBG Lite unavailability is using a virtual private network (VPN). A VPN is a networking program that can shield your network IDs, like IP address and location by using VPN server as some type of middle man so to speak. There are VPN services available for both mobile and desktop.

If you are not located in one of the above mentioned contries, the following video demonstrates how to setup a VPN connection for PUBG Mobile lite for android to enjoy the game from virtually anywhere.
A note on VPN Usage
The above-mentioned configurations are just workaround and are not perfect solutions. As the game is updated, the connections that worked today may not work later down the road. That is especially true when using a free service. If one does not work, try another, the process is the same.
